Lizzy Beerman takes 2nd place at the Vans Cup Tahoe

podium.jpgLizzy Beerman takes 2nd place at the Vans Cup of Snowboarding at North Star at Tahoe.  Lizzy finished 2nd behind Elena Hight after qualifying 1st in the prelims and had some impressive runs throughout the day.


USASA National’s Open Class To Be Elite Event

When close to 1600 snowboarders from all over the country descend on Copper Mountain for the 2008 USASA National Championships they can expect to see the most elite group of riders in the US face off for National Title honors.  The USASA National Championships has been called the World’s Largest Snowboard Competition.


Pacsun USASA Riders Get the Rockstar Treatment at X Games 12

eos15763.jpg Pacsun USASA Team riders came from across the country to compete and support their teammates as well as getting in on a little of the X Games action. One thing they didn’t anticipate was how nonstop their week would be.

After a week of competitions, Trevor Jacob and Ross Baker made the short drive to Aspen to experience X first hand. They knew they had a couple commitments once they arrived.


Pacsun USASA Girls Make Showing at X Games 12

autographs.jpgThe pipe was perfect and Boardercross was fast.  Three girls, Lizzy Beerman, Kaitlyn Farrington, and Jordan Karlinski; got their go at Winter X’s Venues.  WinterX is an invite only event that is a privilege to be a part of.  While the team had some impressive finishes, there were also some disappointments. But at the end of the day, the Pacsun team was just stoked to be a part of the games.


Nationals Schedule and Competition Groups posted!

Check out the Nationals Tab to see the new schedule and Competition Group breakdown for this years National Championships at Copper. It is a 6 day event with 5 venues, so each competition group will have a day off sometime in the week.


PacSun USASA Snowboard Team Rider Mimi Wiencke wins NorAM - Race to the Cup at Steamboat Springs

Mimi who has never won a NorAm before absolutely dominated the field in the PGS on Friday , January 4th, 2008. She won both Qualifier runs and every run after that in the finals. Second was Lynn Ott, former US-team member and third Andi Jo Stump.
