As many of you are aware, we have some changes to the schedule due to the lack of snow this season. Spirit is unable to host us on March 3rd for the double Halfpipe event we had scheduled. They have, however, kindly offered to let us schedule an additional Slopestyle event on March 3rd, which will bring our season total to five Slopestyle events! This is a great opportunity for our riders to get more competition experience! We very much hope to see you there. Preregistration for these events is now open!
We rescheduled the Halfpipe #3 at Buck Hill on February 10th in the evening. The Halfpipe #4 event is cancelled.
The amended season schedule will go as follows:

1/29 Slopestyle #2 - Wild
2/4 Halfpipe #1 - Buck
2/4 Halfpipe #2 - Buck
2/5 Slalom #3 - Buck

The evening halfpipe event will run on the following schedule:
Registration: 5:30-6:30pm
Start: 7:00pm
Refund information:
We would be happy to refund preregistration money for the rescheduled/cancelled Halfpipe events! We will have a list of who was preregistered, so please talk to Lauren at registration and we will take care of a refund.
If you were already preregistered for the Halfpipe events at Spirit, you will automatically be on the start list for the rescheduled event at Buck Hill! Of course, if you were preregistered for both we will refund the entry fee for the event that did not take place.
ALL refunds are through the regional series, not the national office, therefore we are unable to credit your card. We are also unable to transfer your preregistration fee to another event.

100 COMPETITORS MAXIMUM
SNOW-SPORT CERTIFIED HELMETS ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL DISCIPLINES.
ALL USASA EVENTS ARE RUN UNDER USASA GUIDELINES AND ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE A MEMBER OF USASA. MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOW $85 FOR THE YEAR. ENTRY FEES ARE $25 FOR EACH DISCIPLINE. OVERALL WINNERS OF EACH AGE GROUP IN EACH DISCIPLINE WILL BE AWARDED SPOTS TO USASA NATIONALS. BEST 2 REGIONAL RANKING POINTS WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THOSE SPOTS. TIES WILL BE DECIDED BY THE REGIONAL DIRECTOR. WILD CARD SPOTS WILL BE AWARDED BY A NATIONAL RANKING SYSTEM.

REGISTRATION INFO
To Register for a competition online:
Go to the Events tab at the top of this page. Once on that page, sort the events by Upper Midwest Alt region. The events that are open for online registration will have a small grey box to their right. Click on this and it will bring you to a registration page, or if you are not logged in, to a login page.
This year there is a shopping cart, so you are able to register for multiple events at one time. Online registration closes on the Thursday before the event at midnight CST.
You can also register the morning of an event, but please note our 100 competitor maximum per competition. If we hit our maximum during online registration, a waiting list will be started at the registration table the day of the event. This list is first come first serve, and there is no guarantee that spots will open up.
Even if you are pre-registered, get to the registration table before 9:30!!! We reserve the right to give away your bib if you are not here by the close of registration.
Notice about online registration: Entry fees will be refunded only if requested 24 hours prior to the close of registration. Participants must have valid medical reason and each case will be reviewed. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the series. Riders may be required to provide proof of medical excuse and each case will be reviewed. A $10.00 processing fee per entry will apply to all refunds.
To view Results:
Follow the same directions as above, and click on the event box to the right of the completed competition, or click on one of the pdf links at the bottom of this page. The pdf results include times, scores, etc.
We do our best to get results posted by the Monday following events.
